Nanoprecise Sci Corp specializes in predictive maintenance technology driven by artificial intelligence (AI). The company’s solution enables manufacturers to monitor the health and performance of industrial assets. It also offers insights into excessive energy consumption caused by malfunctioning machinery. By utilizing 6-in-1 IoT sensors, AI algorithms, and data analytics, the solution helps companies detect potential failures before they occur, thereby reducing downtime and improving maintenance strategies.

Sunil Vedula, Founder and CEO of Nanoprecise, expressed excitement about collaborating with AFICO. He noted that this agreement showcases the increasing demand for advanced condition monitoring solutions in the region. Eyad Al Owaid, CEO at AFICO, highlighted that the integration of Nanoprecise’s solution will enhance their operational efficiency and reliability, ultimately helping to avoid excessive energy consumption and reduce unplanned downtime.

Abdul Bary Atassi, CIO at ZI ITG, commented on the value of adopting IoT-driven predictive maintenance, stating that the cost of unplanned downtime in the insulation business significantly exceeds the investment in such technology. He emphasized that smart sensors and data analytics are crucial for shifting from reactive maintenance to preventive measures, making operations more efficient.
