Presight, a prominent big data analytics company based in Abu Dhabi, has announced a partnership with Microsoft to enhance the Presight AI-Startup Accelerator. This collaboration aims to empower emerging AI startups by providing essential resources, including high-performance computing, cloud services, and access to foundational AI models.

The Presight AI-Startup Accelerator program is tailored for promising startups looking to gain a commercial edge, leverage cutting-edge technology, and expand their networks within the UAE and the global markets of Presight. Microsoft will play a pivotal role by offering its expertise in technical support, mentorship, and market acceleration through its Microsoft Founders Hub initiative, which will include access to large language models (LLMs) and generative AI-powered analytics.
Thomas Pramotedham, CEO of Presight, emphasized the shared commitment between Microsoft and Presight to foster innovation in AI. He stated that the collaboration highlights their dedication to equipping startups with the necessary tools and opportunities to succeed. The aim is to create a dynamic ecosystem for groundbreaking AI development.
Naim Yazbeck, General Manager of Microsoft UAE, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, noting the importance of providing technical resources and mentorship to help AI startups innovate and scale. He highlighted the initiative’s potential to drive AI adoption and deliver transformative solutions across various industries.
The Presight AI-Startup Accelerator, which was launched during GITEX Global last year, targets startups that have developed a prototype and are ready for market testing. It offers a structured curriculum to refine AI-powered products, optimize market strategies, and integrate with Presight’s product pipeline, ensuring unmatched networking and promotional opportunities.
Startups that graduate from the program will emerge market-ready, having established product-market fit, demonstrated customer value, and developed sustainable business models. The partnership between Presight and Microsoft is expected to provide these startups with world-class AI infrastructure and commercialization opportunities.
This initiative aligns with Microsoft’s $1.5 billion investment in G42, aimed at accelerating AI innovation. Presight, as part of the G42 ecosystem, already collaborates closely with Microsoft on multiple projects. Applications for the Presight AI-Startup Accelerator will close on April 10, 2025.
