Digital Dubai has launched a new AI Skills Program aimed at enhancing the knowledge and skills of government employees in artificial intelligence. The goal is to promote a knowledge-driven culture across all government sectors, thereby fostering innovation and establishing a digital knowledge economy in accordance with the directives of Dubai’s leadership.

The training program consists of three distinct tracks. The first track, the IT Developers Track, targets a diverse range of employees, from those with basic tech knowledge eager to advance their AI skills to more experienced professionals such as software developers, data scientists, and project managers. The second track, titled ‘AI for All,’ offers an overview of AI’s history, techniques, and future trends, along with its influence across various sectors. It is accessible via the Learning Management System (LMS). The third track is tailored specifically for executives, focusing on AI content designed for organizational leadership.
