Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, received a phone call yesterday from Shavkat Mirziyoyev, President of Uzbekistan. During their conversation, they exchanged greetings in celebration of the holy month of Ramadan, praying for blessings and prosperity for their nations, their peoples, and the wider Islamic community.

The leaders also explored various avenues for cooperation and joint efforts between the two countries. They emphasized opportunities to expand their collaboration, particularly in economic, trade, investment, renewable energy, infrastructure, and artificial intelligence sectors, aiming to benefit both nations and their populations.

Additionally, the two leaders addressed several regional and international issues of mutual interest, exchanging views on these topics.
