His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, recently met with Jean-Noël Barrot, Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of France, during an official visit to Paris. The meeting focused on enhancing the strategic relations between the UAE and France, with a particular emphasis on economic, trade, and investment cooperation, as well as cultural exchange.

The discussions also covered collaboration on climate action and advancements in technology. Sheikh Abdullah expressed pride in the strong ties between the two nations, noting their increasing cooperation in sectors that promote sustainable development and economic prosperity.
In addition to these topics, the ministers exchanged views on various regional and global developments, especially concerning the Middle East. They highlighted the importance of joint efforts to foster peace and stability both regionally and internationally.
