The Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SHL, aiming to enhance the skills of 100 HR professionals within the Dubai government. This initiative is designed to improve talent management capabilities and advance human resources practices across various government entities.

According to the DGHR, this collaboration will provide targeted training in Talent Intelligence, equipping HR professionals with the necessary tools to effectively manage and develop talent within their teams. The program will focus on key areas such as talent assessment and analytics, which are vital for informed decision-making in human resources.
