Pemo, a prominent FinTech company based in the UAE, has announced a collaboration with Hale Education Group to launch a summer internship program aimed at high school students. The program, led by Pemo Co-Founder Ayham Gorani and Hale Education Founder and CEO Peter Davos, will offer students an opportunity to work across various business functions, including product and software development, marketing, and operations. It aims to give students insight into the fast-paced startup environment and enhance their understanding of entrepreneurship.

Hale Education has a successful track record of assisting GCC students in gaining admission to top U.S. universities, such as Stanford, MIT, and Ivy League institutions. According to Peter Davos, the partnership will allow students to apply their academic knowledge in a professional setting and contribute significantly to Pemo’s growth story. He highlighted that internships at reputable firms like Pemo are crucial for college admissions, as they provide interns with opportunities to work on impactful projects.

Successful candidates will collaborate closely with Pemo’s founders on real-world business tasks. Ayham Gorani expressed enthusiasm for the initiative, stating that it aims to empower local students with real-world skills through structured work experiences. Pemo, established in 2022, has rapidly expanded its services and now serves over 5,000 customers with streamlined invoice payment and expense management solutions alongside smart corporate cards. Interested Hale students must submit their resumes, transcripts, and test scores to apply for the internship program.
