SAP has announced a partnership with Metito Utilities, a global leader in sustainable water management solutions, to advance digital transformation using AI-powered cloud technology. This collaboration will involve the implementation of GROW with SAP, which aims to improve Metito’s operational agility and optimize its operations, thereby enhancing scalability, flexibility, and speed.

As part of this initiative, Metito Utilities plans to deploy SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition in the UAE during the first half of 2025, followed by a phased rollout in other countries. The integration of SAP’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions will facilitate seamless financial reporting, business intelligence, project management, and improved cash flow visibility across different regions. Additionally, SAP Analytics Cloud will offer real-time monitoring and predictive insights, which are crucial for effective water infrastructure management. Meanwhile, SAP SuccessFactors will enhance human resource management and workforce development through improved operational oversight.

By adopting the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, Metito Utilities will gain a scalable cloud ERP that ensures seamless integration across its global operations, which include countries such as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Egypt, Uzbekistan, China, Rwanda, and Serbia. The implementation of SAP Analytics Cloud will provide real-time performance tracking and predictive analytics, while SAP SuccessFactors will enhance workforce planning and collaboration tools.
