TAMM, an AI-powered government services platform, utilizes Microsoft’s advanced technologies, including Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Azure. This integration sets new standards in public service delivery by optimizing operations through Dynamics 365, which ensures that services are seamless and personalized for citizens, residents, visitors, and businesses. Power BI is employed to convert complex data into actionable insights, enhancing data-driven decision-making and improving user experiences. With the backing of Microsoft Azure, TAMM enjoys scalability, security, and reliability.
Currently, TAMM offers over 950 services, available 24/7, and provides personalized recommendations along with a multilingual AI-powered assistant. This innovative approach is transforming how Abu Dhabi interacts with its government, making services more efficient, accessible, and centered around the needs of the people.
As a significant component of the recently launched Abu Dhabi Government Digital Strategy 2025-2027, TAMM aligns with the emirate’s vision of creating the world’s first AI-native government. This strategy emphasizes a proactive and data-driven governance model that adapts to the needs of citizens, residents, visitors, and businesses. By placing artificial intelligence at the forefront of governance, the strategy enhances the digital evolution of public services, ensuring security, efficiency, and inclusivity.
According to WAM, Dr. Mohamed Al Askar, Director-General of TAMM at DGE, remarked that “TAMM 3.0 is a testament to Abu Dhabi’s leadership in AI-driven governance.” He told that by leveraging AI, the government aims to provide services that are not only efficient but also deeply personalized and accessible to everyone, ensuring seamless interactions between the government and the public.
Naim Yazbeck, General Manager of Microsoft UAE, noted that the TAMM platform represents the future of AI-driven government services. He mentioned that through their collaboration, Microsoft technologies have been utilized to create a seamless and personalized experience for Abu Dhabi’s citizens and residents. Yazbeck highlighted that the integration of Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Azure not only fosters efficiency and convenience but also upholds the highest standards of security and privacy, ensuring that users’ data is protected while delivering innovative public services.
