Step Dubai 2025, the leading technology event in the MENA region, is set to take place on February 19-20, 2025. This marks the 13th edition of the event, which is organized in partnership with Dubai Internet City. The event is expected to attract more than 8,000 attendees, showcase 200 speakers, and feature a significant presence from a US$9 billion fund.
This year’s event coincides with the 25th anniversary of Dubai Internet City and introduces five new tracks: Founders and Funders, AdTech 2.0, PropTech, AI Agents, LLMs and Cloud, and FinTech for SMBs. These tracks will delve into important developments in investment, artificial intelligence, real estate, and financial technology.
Majida Ali Rashid, the CEO of the Real Estate Development Sector at Dubai Land Department, spoke about the importance of PropTech in enhancing real estate services. She noted that this aligns with the Real Estate Excellence Strategy (REES) initiative designed to promote digital transformation in the sector.
Ammar Al Malik, Executive Vice-President of TECOM Group, emphasized the significance of Step Dubai in nurturing innovation and its alignment with Dubai’s Economic Agenda D33. The event will also feature a startup basecamp, pitch competitions, investor meetings, and participation from in5 startups, which is the incubator operated by TECOM Group.
Step Dubai 2025 will take place at Dubai Internet City, which is home to over 4,000 companies, including major tech giants like Microsoft, Google, and Nvidia. This setting provides a vibrant backdrop for discussions on the future of technology and investment in the region.
