The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) has launched the “Business Impact” Podcast, announced during the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition “ACRES 2025.” The event took place from January 22 to 25 and was organized in collaboration with the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD). This podcast aims to emphasize Sharjah’s significance as a strategic destination for business management and investment in the region.

The “Business Impact” Podcast will be available on the Sharjah Chamber’s social media platforms and will feature insights from local and international business owners and entrepreneurs sharing their experiences in Sharjah. The discussions will cover various economic issues, illustrating how businesses can leverage the unique environment that Sharjah offers, including investment opportunities, government support, and the Chamber of Commerce’s role in economic growth.

The inaugural episode, aired during the ACRES Exhibition, featured Khalifa Bin Harib Almheiri, CEO of Alrasikhoon Real Estate. Titled “The Future of Real Estate in the Emirate of Sharjah,” Almheiri provided a detailed analysis of the real estate sector’s development in the emirate. The episode also examined the prospects available to investors and businesses aiming to expand within this crucial sector, focusing on how they can benefit from Sharjah’s favorable investment conditions, legislative facilitation, and incentives.

Moreover, the podcast highlighted significant real estate development projects underway in the emirate, enhancing Sharjah’s attractiveness as a key real estate investment hub on both local and international stages. Dr. Fatema Khalifa Al Muqarrab emphasized the Sharjah Chamber’s dedication to innovation, which facilitates communication with the business community and private sector representatives.

Dr. Al Muqarrab noted that the “Business Impact” Podcast aims to illuminate the essential aspects of Sharjah’s appealing investment landscape. This includes the emirate’s diversified economy and the various opportunities and advantages it presents to businesses and entrepreneurs across multiple strategic sectors.
