The partnership will focus on combining AMMROC’s advanced MRO facilities with Marshall’s innovative engineering expertise. One of the key objectives is for Marshall to support AMMROC in obtaining Military Design Organisation Approvals. This step is expected to strengthen AMMROC’s position as a top provider of advanced MRO services for both military and commercial aviation.

Jasem Al Marzooqi, CEO of AMMROC, expressed his enthusiasm for the collaboration, stating that the partnership aligns with AMMROC’s vision of setting new benchmarks in the industry. He believes the deal will open new opportunities and reinforce the UAE’s position as a global aviation hub.

Operating from Al Ain International Airport, AMMROC serves the South Asia, Middle East, and North Africa (SAMENA) region. The company also sees this agreement as a stepping stone toward a joint growth plan with Marshall to explore strategic initiatives and expand into new markets.

Marshall’s Chief Growth Officer, Bob Baxter, highlighted the potential of the partnership to deliver innovative solutions and reach new customers. By combining strengths, both companies aim to enhance services and explore emerging opportunities in the global aerospace market.

In a related development, GAL AMMROC, an affiliate of AMMROC, had earlier signed an MoU with Archer Aviation Inc., a leader in electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. The partnership aims to introduce an electric air taxi service in the UAE by 2026, using Archer’s Midnight eVTOL aircraft.

GAL AMMROC’s CEO, Mahmood Alhay Alhameli, emphasized their expertise in MRO services, which he said would play a key role in supporting Archer’s innovative urban travel solutions.

These collaborations underline AMMROC’s commitment to innovation and quality, strengthening its role in both military and civilian aviation sectors.
