The Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition “ACRES 2025,” taking place at Expo Centre Sharjah, has introduced a wide range of innovative and distinctive property projects aimed at meeting the aspirations of investors. This event, organized by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) in partnership with the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD), highlights the significant growth of the real estate sector in Sharjah and the UAE.

As the Platinum Sponsor of ACRES 2025, Alef Group revealed its latest project, “Al Mamsha Hamsa.” Issa Ataya, CEO of Alef Group, said that this project demonstrates their commitment to creating premium residential communities in Sharjah, where modern design harmonizes with peaceful landscapes to offer a refined lifestyle experience. Al Mamsha Hamsa features three buildings with a total of 420 units across 50,000 square meters of built-up area.

Strategically located on the left edge of Al Mamsha, Al Mamsha Hamsa includes a dedicated podium level that provides expansive views, swimming pools, landscaped gardens, and calming water features designed to promote natural tranquility. The project is conveniently situated near Sharjah International Airport, the University City of Sharjah, and major highways, ensuring seamless connectivity and ease of living for residents.

During the exhibition, IFA Hotels and Resorts Company, which served as the Gold Sponsor of ACRES 2025, announced the successful sale of the first phase of its “Al Tay Hills” project in Sharjah. This phase consists of 375 villas and townhouses out of a total of 1,100 planned units. Khaled Esbaitah, Chairman of IFA Hotels and Resorts, pointed out that the strong demand for this project underscores the significance of the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition as a platform for property developers to engage directly with potential buyers and adapt to the increasing demand for residential units in the emirate.

Al Thuriah Group, a prominent real estate development company in the UAE, also launched two high-end residential projects at the ACRES Exhibition 2025, marking a notable advancement in waterfront tower design in Sharjah. The projects, named “S1” and “Almaza,” are positioned as remarkable landmarks within the Al Mamzar beach park and Al Khan Lagoon, demonstrating the company’s dedication to delivering luxury residential offerings in the region.

Marwan Al Zaiem, Chairman of Al Marwan Group, shared insights about their participation in ACRES, highlighting the introduction of ‘District 11’ as a preview before its official launch. Designed with a focus on modernity and future needs, this project will feature integrated smart services to create a vibrant business environment, presenting a unique opportunity for investors and entrepreneurs.

The ACRES 2025 exhibition successfully attracted leading real estate development companies, including Ajmal Makan Real Estate Development, which announced two major projects: The View Island and Blue Beach Residence. These initiatives are designed to align with Sharjah’s broader strategy of enhancing real estate offerings and promoting sustainable investment in the sector.

The exhibition will continue until January 25, operating from 10 am to 8 pm on Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, and from 3 pm to 9 pm on Friday.
