Key to this partnership are Ntigra’s AI-powered platforms, including Discovery® for auto-coding and claim validation, and Octopus® Autonomous Biller (OAB), which streamlines workflows and reduces claim denials. These tools enable the hospital to process claims faster and improve reimbursements, ensuring smoother operations.
According to Emirates 24/7, Zaid Siksek, Chairman of Reem Hospital, highlighted the importance of leveraging AI for better patient care and sustainable growth. The hospital’s CEO, Clancey Po, also emphasized that the new tools would help position Reem Hospital as a leader in healthcare innovation.
Since the initial rollout in 2024, the results have been promising. Naushad Mohammed, Director of IT at Reem Hospital, shared that the AI tools have significantly reduced errors, enhanced data accuracy, and improved workflows. These changes have allowed the hospital to focus on long-term goals while ensuring better service for patients.
The partnership also aligns with Reem Hospital’s vision to provide world-class healthcare. Kiran Kondisetty, Director of RCM, noted reduced claim denials and better cash flow thanks to predictive analytics and automation.
Looking ahead, Reem Hospital plans to integrate more of Ntigra’s AI solutions in 2025, such as Checkmate® for eligibility verification and PowerDoc® for coding support. These additions are expected to further strengthen operations and enhance patient care.
Reem Hospital, located on Reem Island, offers over 35 specialties and is committed to delivering care that meets international standards. Ntigra, known for its AI-driven RCM tools, helps healthcare providers streamline processes while focusing on quality care.
This partnership signals a new era in healthcare, where technology and patient-focused innovation go hand in hand.
