The new edition of the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition, known as ACRES 2025, is scheduled to open today, January 22, 2025, at the Expo Centre Sharjah. This year’s event is under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah. The exhibition will run until January 25, 2025.

Organized by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) in collaboration with the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD), ACRES 2025 boasts a record participation of over 110 exhibitors. These exhibitors represent leading real estate development and investment companies, as well as top-tier property developers from the UAE and the broader region, including several first-time participants. The event aims to unite key players and stakeholders in the real estate market, such as property developers, investors, and industry experts.

Spanning more than 10,000 square meters, the four-day exhibition will allow exhibitors to showcase a variety of property projects. These will include luxury residential units, modern villas, innovative commercial and industrial ventures, strategically located investment lands, and other real estate opportunities. Notably, this year’s edition will debut several unique real estate projects, making it particularly appealing to investors and real estate enthusiasts.

The exhibition will also see the return of Egypt’s Real Estate Pavilion, which will feature significant participation from prominent Egyptian property development and investment firms. These companies are expected to present a diverse array of real estate projects, including residential, commercial, and coastal units, located in prime areas of Egypt such as the New Administrative Capital, New Cairo, North Coast, and Ras El Hekma.

ACRES 2025 is anticipated to showcase intense competition among major real estate companies, offering exclusive deals, flexible payment options, and long-term installment plans on high-yield property units across the UAE. The event will also serve as a networking platform for property developers, investors, and professionals, facilitating collaboration and the formation of strategic partnerships.

In a significant move to boost the real estate sector, the Sharjah Executive Council, led by H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, has decided to cut sales and purchase transaction fees by 50% for real estate deals conducted during the exhibition. This initiative highlights the government’s efforts to enhance the emirate’s attractiveness for real estate investments.

Additionally, ACRES 2025 will feature a comprehensive program of awareness and educational activities, including panel discussions, workshops, training sessions, and specialized seminars available in both Arabic and English. Led by industry experts, these sessions will cover the latest legal frameworks, regulations, and practical guidelines for property developers, providing valuable insights into market trends and developments influencing the real estate industry.

The exhibition is expected to draw a high turnout from visitors, who will have the opportunity to explore best practices in real estate investment and gain insights into the future of the real estate market in the UAE and the surrounding region.
