The Federal Tax Authority (FTA) and Abu Dhabi Global Market Academy (ADGMA) have announced a partnership aimed at providing training and job opportunities for UAE national graduates. This collaboration focuses on specialised tax education and hands-on training to prepare high-performing graduates for careers in taxation and related fields.

The announcement was made in the presence of key figures, including Khalid Ali Al Bustani, Director General of the FTA, and Hamad Sayah Al Mazrouei, Chairman of the ADGM Academy Board of Directors. Both organisations emphasised their dedication to building a skilled workforce and fostering innovation to support the UAE’s vision of a knowledge-based economy.
As part of the initiative, the partnership will offer internationally accredited certifications in areas like Corporate Tax, Value-Added Tax (VAT), and Excise Tax. It will also create platforms for workshops and training programs designed to address challenges in the tax sector.
Khalid Al Bustani highlighted that the collaboration aims to enhance professional skills and promote tax compliance, aligning with the UAE’s goals of transparency and effective governance. Hamad Sayah Al Mazrouei added that the program will help UAE nationals excel in the evolving financial landscape by equipping them with the expertise needed to succeed.
This partnership sets the stage for a stronger tax culture in the UAE and opens up new opportunities for UAE graduates in the financial sector.
