President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan met with His Excellency Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who was on a working visit to the United Arab Emirates. The meeting took place at Qasr Al Shati in Abu Dhabi, where the two leaders discussed how to enhance bilateral relations and cooperation for the benefit of their nations and peoples.

During the discussions, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed welcomed President Tokayev and his delegation, expressing gratitude for his participation in Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week. He noted the shared commitment of both countries to sustainability and collaboration in this important area. The themes of Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week were highlighted as a global platform for dialogue and the exchange of ideas aimed at promoting sustainability for the benefit of communities worldwide.

The two leaders also addressed several regional and international issues of mutual concern, stressing the importance of diplomatic efforts to resolve conflicts and promote peace. They highlighted the need for increased global cooperation to tackle shared challenges, particularly climate change.

In response, President Tokayev expressed his appreciation for the warm welcome he received from Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed. He reaffirmed Kazakhstan’s commitment to strengthening its ties with the UAE in support of their shared development goals.
