As reported by WAM, this year’s exhibition will cover an area of 10,000 square meters, showcasing residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality projects, along with land parcels. Among the highlights are exclusive discounts and special deals offered by developers.

Mohammad Ahmed Amin Al Awadi, Director-General of SCCI, emphasized the significance of ACRES as a platform for fostering real estate investments and showcasing Sharjah’s growing market, which saw a 35.6% rise in transaction volume in the first half of 2024, valued at AED 18.2 billion.

Key government support includes a decision by the Sharjah Executive Council to reduce real estate transaction fees during the event. In 2024, AED 1.4 billion worth of deals were recorded at ACRES, reflecting a 202.4% growth over the previous year.

The exhibition will also feature workshops, panel discussions, and training sessions for developers and investors. Additionally, the Egyptian Real Estate Pavilion returns, spotlighting diverse projects across Egypt with exclusive offers aimed at UAE-based investors and Egyptian expatriates.

Sponsors include Alef Group, IFA Hotels and Resorts, and Al Thuriah Group, among others, each unveiling new projects and initiatives for the Sharjah market. ACRES 2025 promises to set a new benchmark for real estate innovation and investment opportunities in the region.
