Sharjah Islamic Bank (SIB) has launched its annual blood donation initiative in collaboration with the Sharjah Blood Transfusion and Research Centre. This campaign featured a mobile donation unit situated in the front parking lot of the bank’s main branch in the Al Taawun area of Sharjah.

The initiative is part of a broader strategy by the bank to support health initiatives and contribute to the strategic blood supply necessary for saving lives and fulfilling the needs of hospitals and health centers across the UAE. The campaign was organized with a schedule that respects the privacy of donors.

Hassan Al Balgouni, the Head of Corporate Communications and Customer Awareness at Sharjah Islamic Bank, emphasized the bank’s commitment to adopting initiatives that reflect its corporate and humanitarian values. He noted that blood donation represents one of the noblest forms of giving, embodying compassion and solidarity.
