The Khalifa Economic Zones in Abu Dhabi, known as KEZAD, have announced the signing of a land lease agreement to establish a new warehouse valued at AED 50 million. This collaboration involves StockSpace and Axione Development, aiming to enhance logistics and storage capabilities in the region.

This development is part of KEZAD’s broader strategy to attract investments and support the growing demand for logistics services in Abu Dhabi. The warehouse is expected to play a significant role in facilitating trade and improving supply chain efficiency in the area.
