Mubadala Investment Company, a sovereign investor from Abu Dhabi, has entered into a partnership agreement with the Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre (ADPIC) to promote collaborations aimed at advancing infrastructure initiatives. This agreement establishes a comprehensive framework for cooperation between the two organizations, focusing on enhancing Abu Dhabi’s development as a preferred destination for investment and growth.

The partnership will involve conducting extensive feasibility studies, sharing knowledge, and evaluating the viability of proposed projects. Additionally, both entities will exchange insights to create sustainable financing models that support these initiatives.
Through this collaboration, Mubadala and ADPIC aim to implement innovative solutions and detailed project planning that will enhance Abu Dhabi’s infrastructure landscape. This reflects a strong commitment to preparing for the emirate’s future growth and solidifying its status as a dynamic investment hub.
The agreement was signed during the inaugural day of the Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit (ADIS) 2025, with Maysarah Mahmoud Eid, Director-General of ADPIC, and Khalifa Al Romaithi, Executive Director of UAE Real Estate at Mubadala’s UAE Investments Platform, in attendance.
The Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit, organized by ADPIC, serves as a strategic platform where global leaders, investors, and industry experts gather to discuss innovation, investment, and sustainability in infrastructure. The event aligns with Abu Dhabi’s long-term vision by fostering collaboration and highlighting opportunities that will shape the emirate’s resilient built environment.
Eid emphasized the importance of the partnership, stating that the collaboration with Mubadala is dedicated to pioneering sustainable and high-quality projects that will foster economic growth and create lasting infrastructure developments aligned with the emirate’s needs.
Al Romaithi highlighted that their partnership with ADPIC focuses on leading state-of-the-art infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. He added that this collaboration underscores both Mubadala and ADPIC’s commitment to supporting the Abu Dhabi Government’s ambitions to make the emirate one of the world’s most livable and economically resilient cities.
